My favorite part of repealing Obamacare is going to be when premiums still go up next year and every year as they have in the past. Forcing more to drop insurance causing a real disaster.

The mandatory insurance thing was put in there to make the pre-existing condition provision work.

My wife is a type 1 diabetic diagnosed at 12. She's uninsurable unless one of our jobs offer insurance. Are you ok excluding these ppeopl?
Same here and that is why you must find a job that offers good health insurance. This was critical to me when I was selecting my first job out of college.

If mom and dad want to pay your premium why should anyone care?
Fine - let them pay for the kid's insurance. But the insurance company should not be forced to pretend that a 26 yr old professional student be considered a 'dependent' in terms of actuarial calculations. Let their premiums reflect reality based actuarial tables, factoring in the odds for contracting HIV, catastrophic accidents, drug addictions, etc.. They are definitely not the same risk as a 12 yr old healthy boy.

Is stupidity considered a pre-existing condition? If so, libtards will be happy.

Your parents have failed you if they leave you on their insurance until 26.
I saved a shitload of money staying on until I was 26. Why would I get my own insurance if me being on my parents doesn't increase their premium? Seems like a poor business decision. Leaving it wouldn't have decreased their premium, either.

I bet; I'm sure your guilt would have been excruciating ... appears you should have been a responsible parent and have a family plan/ or teach your daughter the responsibility of health insurance.

Gotta keep this part of law -- agreed?
As long as they can charge whatever they want, that's fine.

So you are a free-loader. Insurance has to be paid by someone - you are just happy it was everybody else. There is no free lunch.
With that attitude, you are no better than a welfare queen scamming the system for any 'freebie' that you can cadge.
26 year old men are adults - they should act like it. Unless handicapped you need to start paying your own way.

What exactly makes up that "20 millions successes" number that Bamaatl keeps throwing out there? Is it truly 20 million people with serious illnesses who could not get healthcare prior to Obamacare and now can, or is it some of those and more of "I have to get health insurance or pay a penalty". And they are counting those as "successes".

No. The 20 million includes 1) all the people who got kicked off their individual plan and then purchased insurance from an exchange plan. 2) People who were forced to buy insurance by the mandate who could've afforded insurance before and chose not to buy it. 3). People who signed up for Medicaid as a result of the ACA.

The 26 part is retarded
Why not 25? Why not 30?
It seems like they are trying to allow people to stay on parents' insurance until they are out of school and working full time. 26 gives time for undergrad plus a graduate degree or possibly even two.

He knows that. Dishonesty is his only hope. Ends justify the means. When it is repealed hopefully he will go away or find some other topic to lie about. This one is tired.

Why don't all these bleeding heart liberal bubble dwelling elitists create a "Damn you are poor, let me help you with healthcare" charity. They can sell their homes. Sacrifice their European vacations. Give up the new BMW. Put their kids in public schools. Work second jobs. All to help their fellow heshe.
Why?
Because they don't give a shite in reality. It's just virtue signaling at it's finest.
It's the same reason why I don't beat up abortion doctors. I don't really give a shite. Right liberals?
