My question, and what I struggle with considering I hate a terrorist just as much as the next, but at the same time I don't want to paint an entire group of people based on 10% of it's population. I like to judge people on a personal level. With that said, I understand that when implementing policy it is impossible to judge every person on a personal level.

I respect his message but why does he have to be the one to spread it? Why can't American muslims do the same and show that they love America and shun islamic radicalism? Why does he need to step up for them? I duno I just hope he inspires them

Even it's 20%, the point of my statement is unchanged. I don't like painting an entire group of people as this or that because of a segment its population. No different, and I'm sure most on here would agree, that it pisses me off when Dems paint every single Trump voter as racist. I do think it's hypocritical to object to that, and turn around and paint all muslims are bad people just because a minority of muslims are terrorists (which again, I dislike just as much as the rest and think they should DIAF).
