He's right. Alleva single handedly brought Texas back from a greater than LSU sh*t show to a level of respectability. After a two month joke search, LSU still couldn't get their man. Texas searched for, offered, and signed their man in one day for $1 mil less than what Herman reportedly asked from LSU. That was one dirty, in the trenches bidding war. Texas ought to pay Alleva the initial $1 mil as thank you gift.

Except it isn't a family matter at all. We aren't a family and it should be treated as an institutional matter, as in, our administration is inept.
