My thoughts:
If Herman is waiting on Texas as a first option, LSU shouldn't consider him. LSU isn't a second fiddle program.
I was torn between Herman/Fisher. I want the one that sees LSU as a priority, not a backup plan.
Kiffen should never be in consideration since he left both UT and USC in peril of program crushing sanction investigations.
Hire Fisher if available, hire a great OC not named Kiffen. Pay Aranda whatever it takes to retain him, even future consideration at the HC position in years to come.
Start recruiting and getting top notch QB's and make this a priority. That will make the anemic offense work and keep the defense fresh for the whole game.
That's the way to making LSU a championship program again.
My thoughts, bash away.

I disagree. If a Victoria's Secret model would rather sleep with another guy but is waiting on him to reply to her, I will still accept her with open arms.

And we won't need an elite OC if Jimbo is coach. Just get one that can learn his offense well and recruit.

i can't knock a guy for wanting to weigh out all his options before making a decision.

Honestly, that's not how things work.

Negotiations are happening. Agents are using as many programs as possible to create leverage. If you just give up because you're mad that a guy is talking to other programs or is considering staying where he his, you'll end up with Ed Orgeron.

Yeah you don't really know shite, why would you hire a big time OC when Jimbo is basically your OC

The dumb shite that people spew around here is mindblowing

Having an attitude of "oh someone else wants what I want let's move on" is second fiddle. Imagine if we recruited players the way you want to recruit a coach...
