Wouldn't be so bad if we didn't approve stupid property tax increases on things like CATS and a library system that has $60+ million in the bank. That's on our mainly uninformed electorate.

1/2 of my Neighborhood Flooded, my house didnt flood. My assessment dropped by 73,000. I am going call to let them know my house didnt flood.

So my house didn't flood and didn't go up any according to the letter. However I'm in the middle of a refinance and my home appraised for $70k more than what I built it at 3 years ago. My mother in law flooded and she got hers and her property went up. What the frick?
