Follow at a safe distance and it shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like someone else is the a-hole here.

Ever think that the gravel could fall on the highway and be kicked up by other cars?

Do people who make these kinds of comments have a <60 IQ?

I agree with you, this is a "a-hole"... and did you know that if a rock were to come from his load and bust your windshield. He would be liable. You could have either flagged him down on the spot or take photos with license plate and his insurance would have to cover it. Well document and articulate the incident.

He probably didn't do all of that while driving; that would be too much of a pain in the arse.

He should've just gotten one of those "Not Responsible For Damage To Windshields" signs. Those make everything okay.

Lol no, not me. I haven't done a Lexus in awhile but that windshield probably cost the installer over $1,000 to get. Not at desktop computer to check price. I'm gonna make pretty much the same on an old junk car or a nice upscale vehicle. Most charge a flat rate on labor. If I order a $800 windshield and drop it, then I just lost $800. I like the $80 windshield tbh.

If he's hauling pea gravel or something smaller than the holes in the trailer, then he's an a-hole and an idiot if he actually wanted the gravel to get to his destination.

More than likely the gravel is larger than the holes on the trailer. Also, the trailer side walls are much higher than the load meaning no gravel will escape making this whole thread worthless and the OP an A-hole.

Either way, I don't care, this is the OT and we are all A-holes.
