How many PTO days do you get a year?

I get 15 but have to save for for the shutdown between xmas and new years.

20--but that includes PTO and sick time.
Also, I work half day Fridays so it's easy to make up the time earlier in the week and take a 3 day weekend without having to use PTO

Our company just switched to self managed PTO with no hard limit.

Job I just left I was remote so if I left for a wedding or something I never told any one since I could handle whatever came up and would just use it when I went overseas.
New job gives (gave) 2 weeks on Jan. 1 but now they're going to an accrual method but the PTO is 18 days plus sick and all that jazz.
My wife is at a firm so they don't "do" vacation days.

I get 20 vacation days and 10 personal/days. 5 days of vacation are available to use at will starting January 1 and the rest accrue through the year.

20 vacation days bankable to 50, 20 days paid holidays. 12 paid sick days bankable to 240.

25 plus 10 holidays
I also get 10 hours per month to volunteer on the clock and another 10 "healthy life" hours for fitness per month. If I volunteer 50 hours in a year I get an extra PTO day, 75 nets 2 days, and 100 tops out at 3 days.
Unfortunately I don't do the best job using them.

15 days accrued through the year that roll over. I can bank up to 200 hours, at which point HR starts pushing to use some. I've never heard a number on sick time. I just take off when I'm sick, which probably averages to about a day per year.

15 vacation, 12 sick/personal that can be used for vacation, so I don't know why they make the distinction. 8 holidays, and your birthday off.

I get whatever I want to take, Mrs. Fut is around 30 days per year but holidays are included in that total.
I always take less than 30 Days per year, last year it was around 25.

120 Hours, accrued 5 hours per pay period (twice per month), can carry over year to year but accrual stops when my bank hits 120 hours. So 15 days.
Once I hit 4 years with the company, it goes up to 160 hours, and 10 years gets me 200 hours.
We get 9 holidays per year in addition.

10-vacation
2- personal (Non-fun, non-sick, activities... think parent/teacher conferences)
10- sick (I don't use them unless I'm sick)
11- holiday (federal)
1-Birthday (must be taken the week of)
Total: 34 possible... nothing rolls over

I've debated on asking others' opinions on this matter. One professional that has been VP for several different companies said that my situation is below the norm in the professional world.
I'm an NP that works 5 days per week at a clinic.
I get holidays off, but only 5 days PTO/sick days combined.
With Christmas and New Years falling on a weekend, as of right now, we have not been told if we are getting any days off for those holidays.
What do y'all think of this situation? Especially with regards to being in a professional field/position?

20 days, which includes sick days, but I just work remotely if I'm sick. There is no limit on rollover, or max accrual.
Luckily we are only docked if we take off an entire day. Half days don't count against us.

4 weeks and every other Friday off.
Used to work for a company that shutdown for Christmas and New Years and we got 8 of the 10 days paid.

I get 17 weeks off, paid. 18, every 3rd year.
I went back to driving, from sales position.
We have 3 drivers for 2 runs, you work 2 weeks on, 1 off. Ur technically on call while off, but no one calls off sick. Work less than 32 hours a week, and NO Saturdays.

Go lord there are some people with great vacation days in here.
I'm salary and get 5.5 hours of PTO per pay check (twice a month). Friday's are work from home days. During my busy months I work 60+ hour weeks, but when I'm slow I maybe only put in 30 hours. So I take vacation then and just get my work done at the beginning of the week and don't use PTO the other part of the week.
