I go in between 6 and 7. I like to beat the competition in to work and it gives me an hour or two to work uninterrupted.

Around 10am. Getting to work requires walking down 2 flights of stairs, and work doesn't start until 1130. So yea, I have ample time.

7:45 or so. I don't have a specific time I need to be in. Just aim for before 9:00.

I expected to see more one upsmanship in this thread. Since we're being honest, most days I wake up at 2:45 AM, light breakfast, hit the gym (bi's and tri's with really heavy weights), at my desk by 4:30. First in the office, last to leave around 9.

Alarm clock goes off at 7:30am. Usually piddlefrick around and drink coffee for at least an hour. Then I go work out or have sex with my wife. Sometimes I smoke a bowl before going to the gym or banging, sometimes I don't. I like to be home no later than 11am so I have time to get to the boat ramp for 2pm in case I want to fishing in the afternoon.
I still work a little bit here and there but I never take appointments before noon and I only go into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. These times are negotiable if it's someone I like.
My wife is even worse about work than I am. She does not even have an office and more or less works out of her vehicle. She's a large animal and exotics vet and only does onsite calls. She does emergency calls from time to time but she's talking about stopping that all together.
