Not exactly defend, but where do you distinguish a person's right to deface The Flag, sit for the Anthem, and yell, "frick the police!" from some person of color getting butt hurt about being called a term that actually means black?

When did they become a protected class free from being offended?

This isn't about free speech, it's about professionalism in a profession that desperately needs to reform in both practice and perception.

Would you trust a pilot who took a selfie before his first flight captioned "I'm flying this plane n word"? I wouldn't.

We need better cops, and weeding out childish behavior is a good start.
