Not to mention BB inexplicably not giving a shite about home field advantage and letting y'all fall arse backwards into it

Yea, that's what happened.

He let Denver win that AFC Championship Game too, right? And the regular season game.

Once you sign a practice squad guy to your roster, you can't put them back on the PS in the same season, right?

Does NE even have a PS QB?

I don't know what else NE could do. No way you could get a guy in here and have him know any semblance of the offense by THURSDAY. Honestly, Edleman is the best option for a backup.

Right.

He knows the actual chance his QB is knocked out isn't actually that high.

And if so, you just punt week 3 by using Edelman at QB and running and throwing a ton of screens. And sadly that may still be enough against Houston at home.

That doesn't make any sense. He can either play, or he can't
Nah, not for the Pats in week 3 after a 2-0 start.

Either Belicheck is ballsy AF and thinks Edleman can run the offense in a pinch, or Jimmy G is not as hurt as being reported and can play...

I hope Jacoby Brisset works out but it does not look like its impossible to think Edelman could play two games.

Julian Edelman. Following in Josh Cribbs' footsteps, Edelman went from a record-setting quarterback at Kent State to wide receiver and return man in the NFL. A dual-threat QB in his senior season, Edelman led the Golden Flashes in both passing and rushing yards while breaking Cribbs' single-season total offense record.

Edleman said himself it would not be pretty if he had to play QB

Newsflash brotha: I can't win these pools unless other people lose out. Safe to say I didn't take HOU on any of my pools.

If I had taken the texans don't you think I would be or making excuses or the like why would you give a serious answer in a survivor thread when you want to beat other people. It would be like a cooking contest where you share your recipe with everyone it just doesn't make sense to me.

Stopped reading here. Thanks for the chuckle. Have a good night. Not getting sucked into a Boomdebate.
