Oh I have a cell. Just saying...a major telecommunications company that has zero customer service available through voice nor web???

Damn straight! I basically live on the AT&T stock dividends alone. I sometimes do wonder how they really make any money (beelyuns upon beelyuns) when everyone says their service sucks and repair is non existent. Hmmmmm.....
