I'll be 26 at the end of the month, and I work full time but my employer does not offer insurance. I've worked previously at places that offer (whole foods, etc), and could go back part time to take advantage of that, but I'd rather not. I'm in California, if it matters.

Since you're healthy, get a HD plan through the exchange.

In California they have businesses on every corner that will assist you on with signing up for Obamacare. Ex co-worker of mine told me it took about 20 minutes and they reviewed all his options and helped him pick out the best plan for him.
Had never heard of a business to help you sign up but I would not be surprised if California pays them to sign up enrollees.

go se an independent agent. you will learn a ton.
