Appreciate the suggestions, guys.
What do you think about visiting other countries? I was thinking one of Chile, Uruguay, or Rio Grande de la Sul in Brazil.

You can ferry over to Col Del Sacramento in Uruguay from Buenos Ares. However, it is a tourist town and you will be ready to go after a few hours.
I wanted to see the Iguazu Falls when we went to Argentina, but couldn't fit it in.
Just remember, Argentina is ridiculously cheap. There are "blue markets" that will give you a higher exchange rate for the dollar. We didn't know about them when we went, but my sister used them on her trip and got a great deal.
If you want to go all out then head to Patagonia and jump on a charter boat to Antarctica and cross that 7th continent off your list. My sisters did this and thought it was amazing.

Not sure about anything of the others.. But chile will run you an extra ~$200 on an entry free. But with that time period I might go to Atacama Desert. High high high on my bucket list
