I think the Chimes on the North Gates of campus has Labatt and Molson on tap.
I know you mean well but this would be like you going to a pub in Ireland and someone there telling you that they have PBR and Natty Light on tap.

It's been my experience that any Canadians will be OK finding beer on their own.

Six miles may not seem far but between GAMEDAY traffic and the heat (yes, it'll still be hot Oct. 1...wear shorts) it's too far to walk. You find a place to park early in the day not far from campus. Walk around...introduce yourselves and you'll be treated well.
According to LSU Athlectic dept, the team marches down Victory Hill 2:05 hours before kickoff...the band not long after that. Both you will want to see. Be in your seats 20 min before kickoff.

I predict that all you baws gotta do is walk up to any tailgate, ask a question, end the question with ", eh?", and will immediately be shown a good time.

Well so far I have been very impressed with the southern hospitality down here. The city and surrounding area is beautiful. Look forward to all the festivities and tailgating today. We will have some Canada gear on so if you see us around don't be shy! We've brought down some Canadian whiskey for anyone to try. Lets get a win tonight!

BTW bout that 1812 thing we invaded DC and set fire the white house ;) And I think in the end it was a draw.

Glad you made it! You will have a blast today, just remember to pace yourself. A reminder that clear bags only in the stadium - LSU has them. The gift shop is right next to Mike the Tiger's habitat.

Don't be shy, let your nose lead you to the best food tailgates and introduce yourself. You'll have more food and drink than you know what to do with. Be sure to post after to tell us about your experience!

Get to your seats an hour before kickoff so you don't miss any of the pregame videos or The Golden Band From Tigerland pregame show.

I am hoping to catch the band and team march down the hill! Where do I go for that? Indian Mounds?

Got to the north side of stadium and set up shop on the little road just to the east of stadium. You'll see the buses that brought the mizzou team parked.

LSU team walks down at 4:25 pm

Band walks down at 4:40 pm. I prefer being more towards the bottom of the Hill near the PMAC but each to their own. The band plays pre game song near bottom of hill

If I were you, I would go further down the road towards the stadium and stand around journalism building area, that will be the best view of the mass of purple and gold people all around the stadium at the bottom of the hill.

Just got finished with my morning run through campus. Very different energy on campus than the previous 2 home games. Y'all are going to have a blast!

Don't forget the homecoming parade is at 11 this morning. That may affect your drive, parking, etc... I would focus on the Indian Mounds area if I were you

Have fun and come back and share your experiences with us. Thanks for coming down, eh.

More so than the previous 2 home games for that time of the morning. Different vibe too. Homecoming may have a lot to do with it but you can tell its a different feel. Missouri has brought a lot of fans too (first trip to DV) so I think that will add to the excitement as well.

If you've never been to New Orleans before then go. You guys will have the time of your life! Get up pretty early Saturday, head into Baton Rouge, get a room, then hit The campus. Let everyone know your visiting from Canada and you'll have all the free food and beverages you can stand. Oh, and cheer your arse off for those Bayou Bengals!!!!

Penrod, resume your normal position, backed up to your boy friend, and keep quiet. You're a disgrace to the U.S.

Canadian Folks, our apologies. Welcome to Baton Rouge and enjoy yourselves.
