Word for word from the conduct policy

Conduct that undermines or puts at risk the integrity and reputation of the NFL, NFL clubs, or
NFL players.

His personal conduct at the preseason game risks the reputation of the league and his team.

No. You're the one wanting Goodell to use his overreaching powers to limit a players free speech. That makes you unamerican, not him

NFL teams will blackball him, but there won't be a public statement or punishment. This is how this is done. They are not getting into a civil rights/free speech legal battle and dragging their name into this mess

NFL wants no Part of that PR nightmare

Their media partners will have no problem painting the league as honoring the flag, when really they're just trying to quiet bad press. It's not like the public will be rushing to Kaep's defense if he's fined.

You're too dumb to realize that the reason why he's even able to spout off all that nonsense is what makes this country so great.

It's a controversy based on race, free speech, and politics

The NFL doesn't want in that mess

Conduct
the manner in which a person behaves, especially on a particular occasion or in a particular context.

Kaep's conduct has caused fans to have a negative view of the San Francisco 49ers and the NFL.

I for one believe Goodell hates America because of Colin Kaepernick's conduct and lack of repercussions.

There is a history of fining or suspending players who used their membership in the league to make personal statements.

I will not cite them... Do your own research.

The NFL can do something.

Not sure that they will, but it is fact that they can.

First people want Goodell to relax now they want him to be punitive.

The dumb argument is that you think that it isnt punishable. It clearly is.

The only question is whether or not Goodell loves America or is going to be a wuss SJW. The latter is what I expect.

Stern loved America

We all know that it makes this country great, and that it should be allowed in his own arena.

John Rocker wonders where you were in his defense

I don't agree with Kaepernick politically, but he has every right to do what he did. He has the right to look like an arse. I don't expect the NFL to do anything, nor should they do anything.

I'm more disgusted by the NFL disallowing the Cowboys to pay tribute to the slain officers by wearing the little helmet sticker. Yet they'll be the first to sell millions in pink merchandise to "raise breast cancer awareness."

and they would if it
a) broke a rule ane/or
b) hurt their bottom line.

a) doesn't apply and b) dumbass Kaep sure as shite isn't going to make people boycott the NFL. Either way, it won't matter but you could make an argument that they could make it worse for them by doing what you're asking.
