why would we move closer to our expanding sun?

That isn't published research.
That is complete conjecture, which acknowledges the shortcomings before completely ignoring them.
Oh, and a couple of wiki articles.
The fact is, moving enough hydrogen from Jupiter to Venus to change the composition of the atmosphere by even 1% would require 7.5 million times more than the total global annual transport capacity.
And we aren't talking hundreds of thousands 18 wheelers.
We are talking interplanetary vessels
Short of some endevdeaor due to earth becoming inhabitable, dat sheet ain't happenin'
