yeah really sucks, all the voices for so many years that know the history, the heartaches, and the great wins...gone.

After seeing some of this thread I signed up for an account to clear some things up.
We are transient workers and thus the post is correct. There is no retirement so whether it was 28, 29, or 30 years it does not matter.

I don't want this to sound like sour grapes. There was someone who ignored my emails, texts, and phone calls. That being said they had every right to make the change. Disappointed yes but bitter no. As many of you have pointed out, I'm not the most talented guy in the world so I feel blessed to have lasted 28 years.

It'll be weird not hearing you give the scores with your patented"chwenty four to chwenty one" stuff. We always got a kick out of it on the ride home.

I have no clue how to respond to this. Neither of us can remember it. Jim and I have been close since we started working together. We had some great times and times where we made eachother mad but for someone to say we dislike eachother is insane

I can say one thing. If I ever felt too good about myself and would just go on here and I would get grounded pretty quick. The fans here are passionate about the announcers as well. I just made sure my mother never read some of the stuff on here!!

Nah man. This place is a cesspool of humanity filled with a bunch washed up high school heroes. You can't take anything here to heart. It's a miracle some of these people don't require helmets to leave their house every morning. Good luck man.
