I suppose the Africans could have resisted and engaged in revolution and they could be the United States of Africa right now and be a world leader given the abundance of natural resources at its disposal.
Why didn't it work out that way? Even better, why have things not improved since western nations have been pouring money into that continent for 100 years?

So when you are ruled by a different country who has a established government and the pulled out and left those countries basically abandoned to be rule by whomever you don't think that will come with issues. Watch the video it states that a lot of the wars that are being fought today in Africa are stemmed from what happen from the European invasion

My problems? What problems? I've never been on gov assistance in my life. My mother is a nurse practitioner, I'm going to college on my own dime. No one in my family lives off welfare or food stamps. I have no problem I think its just ignorance that people what to ignore why thing in this world are a certain way. I'm not being you I'm saying history has suited on this race and these places and its not just from their doing.

See this is exactly what's wrong with black America today. Nobody wants to take personal responsibility. Everyone wants to put the blame on white people and sit back and wait for their entitlements.
You want to better yourselves? Stop blaming everyone else for the problems in the black community. White people aren't riding into black neighborhoods and shooting anybody. White people aren't trashing your schools.
But then again it's easier to place the blame elsewhere and then just sit back and wait for the free shite to come to you instead.

Who knows? African countries had all the resources to have been one of the most powerful countries it could have turned out better or worse. No one know how they would have used those resources.

Of course we do. We can see it playing out now.
Without the (western) technological know how to tap those resources, they wouldn't have been able to use them.

I have a suggestion for you given your circumstances.
GET HAPPY. Be a proud a American. Be thankful you live here and have these opportunities. Quit bitching about Africa, and reparations, and 150 year old slavery that plainly has no impact on you today. You're living better than 90% of the world and probably 70% of Americans.
Get your degree, get a good job, marry a good woman, raise good kids, and establish a cycle of successful achievement. Getting bogged down in social justice bullshite is only going to hold you back and make you bitter.

There's one glaring problem with your argument. Just as Africa was colonized by Europeans, North America was likewise colonized by Europeans. If the process of colonization really did leave the colonized region destitute and backwards for centuries after the end of said colonization as you contend, Then both the United States and Canada should be third-world shitholes like what we see today throughout Africa.
Then there's also the matter of the vast swaths of Africa that while nominally claimed by European powers, never actually were truly colonized by anyone.
If your point is true, that it was European colonization that has retarded African development, then those areas left more or less alone by the Europeans should see thriving peaceful, modern, purely African societies. However, That's not the case either. Why do you think that is?
