His schtick died long before he did.
He did this dish that "every Cajun loves" and it was a mix of rice and canned pineapple, it looked gross and I never saw it at any Cajun dinner.

I got a bottle of Angostura Bitters when Vincent Price recommended it. VP was a great cook. I never use Angostura in cooking but I love taking the lid off and sniffing it. Best smell in the world.
