Thats literally right next to the Old Womans Hospital and current headquarters for the police. This should be shutdown fairly quickly. And hell there is a state police facility a few blocks away.

I will pray that many are run over if blocking traffic. Some innocent person could die trying to get to a hospital. I truly hope they get ran over if actually blocking the road.
