I am a much bigger Saints fan and I've come to feel that people who love LSU, but are casual saints fans, are terrible. They seem bitter and jealous (which makes no sense since it's not like the Saints have some long history of success).
It's funny I find the exact opposite

College football should go back to 10 team conferences and get rid of conference championship games, or at least just take the top 2 teams since there won't be divisions any more. Drop the FBS to 60-80 teams, 6-8 conferences. 8 team playoff with 8 conference winners or 6 conference winners/2 at-large.

I just find it to be ridiculous that it is just a perpetual cycle of the same teams being good. A team like Alabama has the most talent in the country every year, and their success gives them MORE talent... So the only way to come up is to be able to win more with less. It just seems so broken.
Also, the fact that schools make their own schedule. Preposterous. Too many pointless games on CFB schedules. The playoff helped with this (kinda), but a scheduling overhaul (or better: a system where your schedule is pre-determined based on conference play and rotating OOC games) would make it a lot more fair and enjoyable.

MLB honoring "Jackie Robinson Day" is just an attempt to sell jerseys.
Congrats on the dumbest take in here - that's difficult to accomplish.
My opinion:
Over commercialization and/or the gnat-like attention spans of Americans will kill football as we know it BEFORE brain injuries will. It'll be close but I think 4+ hour games (or 5 hours because frick CBS on Saturday afternoon) will start turning people off. Hockey and basketball take right around 2.5 hours, soccer always right at 2. Baseball is working hard to speed up. But not football. Touchdown + commercial + kickoff + commercial + end of quarter + commercial + turnover + commercial will be the death of football.

College football and soccer are the two most interesting sports.
The first 2 rounds in March Madness are the greatest 4 days in sports.
MLB and NBA are almost unwatchable products at this point

Title IX should be banned. If girls' sports can't make it, then end them.

Know-it-all stat nerds that post paragraphs of "advanced metrics" are annoying as frick and are ruining friendly sports debates and banter.
Analytics can obviously be a great tool for actual decision-makers. But if I'm trying to have a friendly discussion about a game, I don't need stat nerds telling me that my opinion I formulated by watching the game with my own two eyes is wrong because of some obscure metric they obviously looked up on the internet.

The NBA regular season is 20 games too long.
GOAT is the most ridiculous sports term ever.

Basketball is boring. There's a lot of action, but it's monotonous action.

Winter Olympics are much better than the Summer Olympics

Brady would have been nothing if he wasn't paired with Belichick.

That's probably unpopular because it's stupid.
I'm not even a Kobe fan and know that's completely incorrect

The 'out of sync shark' SB halftime show is the best ever halftime show.

Replace Emmitt Smith with Barry Sanders and the 90s Cowboys do worse.
Sanders behind the Dallas line, would have run for 3k yards.

They should have to try out on the school's unisex team.
Can't make the squad? Ah well.

I like the college football overtime format and I think it's one of the most exciting things in sports.

All professional sports would yield a better product if we mitigated the discipline policy regarding PEDs.
