That dude probably thought Iverson was in the right w/that practice rant too.

I mean Curry is basically the advanced version of AI.

Would depend for me. AI would be better in a situation where he had to put a team completely on his back. Curry would be a much better team mate i think and the guy most would rather have.

Curry is the White Iverson

Curry is Iverson if he practiced.

Are we talking about on the basketball court or gambling and alcoholism?

iverson and it isnt even close. Look at the team he took to the finals and look at the team curry took. Iverson is the best scoring pg of all time.

Iverson was tougher and more diminutive, Curry is a better shooter and runs the pernt better.

Both were/are a lot of fun to watch, but Curry is the better player.

Looking back its going to be hard to explain to people how good AI was and how good he could have been minus some of the demons-- statistically he was an undersized volume shooter but in the moment he was one of the most talented players I've ever seen, certainly the most talented play 6' or shorter.
Taking that one game vs. the Lakers in the 2001 Finals was like watching David beat Goliath.

Iverson is now the poor man's Curry

Iverson was more entertaining, but Curry is better all around player. Iverson didn't play within the system very well. Curry plays within the system and is the main catalyst for their system. A system is always better than individual parts.

The ONLY thing I would give the nod to Iverson over Curry is slashing ability. Curry is better in every other area, including mentally.

What are the circumstances?
Current playoff team that needs one more piece to make title runs? Curry.
Bottom of the league team and I need a player to start rebuilding? Iverson.

Iverson was by far my favorite player to watch during his prime. Dude was so tough, put his team on his back, and left it all on the floor every game (not practice).
With that said, Curry is better in just about every aspect of his game.
