I assumed it was closing a year or so ago when all the for sale signs for the surrounding property went up. Are they trying to get people to buy those big lots with the understanding that tiki tubing shite is gonna remain in your backyard?

You fish a lot...should marinas be responsible for the trash and what happens to fishermen when they launch from their landings?
