It essentially does. It allows insurance companies to provide insurance to people at a extremely low cost that wouldn't normally qualify for it

I knew it was a WalMart before clicking the link.
I can tell you what led to this because I have wanted to tell off a entitlement recipient a time or two. WM had 2 of 50 registers open. Guy has a WIC voucher that takes forever to handle. Due to WAl Marts poor training the cashier made the process even longer because she didn't know how to process it. After 10 min of waiting the woman finally snaps.
I have been in her shoes before, I just resisted the urge to act like a complete idiot. I ditched Wal Mart die to this happening all the freaking time.

Don't blame the people who take advantage of the programs, blame the government for setting up a shitty system which discourages upward mobility.

Some of you have insanely bad luck or frequent some shitty areas. I can't even remember the last time I saw someone with WIC vouchers. Much less seen them so often that it's caused me to stop shopping somewhere.

Everyone in this country feels entitled to something. America is probably laziest country in the world. Everyday I deal with lazy arse white, black, And Mexican. Mostly whites and blacks. What I have noticed in the labor workforce over the past couple years is:
1. Whites have serious drug and mental problems and feel they are too good to work.
2. Blacks think missing work is a privilege that Obama gave them and have terrible work ethics.
3. Mexicans think that its Cinco de Mayo everyday and drinking on the job is ok and don't care to work hard like before anymore due to government assistance.
Btw. Guatemalans are the shite. They work their arse off and love working overtime.

Eh, when I see an EBT card swiped and then see the person in the parking lot putting the groceries into a year or two old $28,000 car, I just shake my head while accepting our fate.
