Better villain: Jofferey or Ramsey?

Both have no conscious and would today be labeled sociopaths; but who do you think is the better antagonist and why?

It's got to be Ramsey. He's willing to do the dirty work himself. I use to think I hated Jofferey until Ramsey showed me a new level of hate.

Ramsey is like a stereotypical bad guy doing bad stuff. Joffrey created real emotions in the viewer.

Joffrey.. There are external factors that make his behavior interesting, whereas Ramsay is evil because of reasons. Joffrey was killed off at the right time; Ramsey has become a stock villain, complete with cliche one-liners.

Whenever shite got real Joffrey turned into a little bitch. Ramsey on the other hand gets shite done and, while being a sadistic sociopath, is a certified badass in combat.
