That's the thing about not needing approval from guys that walk around at 8% all year. You want to see pics of my kids and their new water guns? Or pics of my guns? Life is about priorities. At 3:45 I'm happy where I am. Don't need to look like you guys. And before you ask or say it,yes. I'm in the shade posting while my kids play.

fact is if you truly were content you wouldnt feel the need to post this. I bet you tell facebook how wonderful your life is too
not to mention I have never posted when "spending time with my child" ever, so save me the priority speech

Honestly, for me, I'm already so lean I can just cut and look pretty ripped.

Man, I wish. I have to do cardio until I puke every day for about 8 weeks before I look remotely cut.

I want a huge chest. For some reason, it's the hardest place for me to get huge.

My legs and arms look fantastic, as does my back.

It's my chest and shoulders that need improvement.

I gotta run, but remind me, I can help with the chest development. Shoulders...well...they stump me too.

I bet you are are wrong. And I bet I'm happy without a six pack. But hey man, if being "ripped" is your thing I don't judge. You do you, boo boo.

Im all shoulders and arms. Chest is slacking a little and also where i carry my bf. I could really use some forearm work. Nothing in my program to specifically target.

This is my Shoulders routine:

Dumbbell shoulder press, 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell lateral raise, 3 sets of 10
Upright rows with EZ bar, 3 sets of 10
EZ Bar underhand press, 3 sets of 10
Rear delt raise, 3 sets of 10
Shrugs, 3 sets of 10

That's just off the top of my head. I do stuff on machines too.

Too much of a meat head look.... No need to go all out with the HGH. The work it takes to get that bulky would probably make him look good, the steroids and supplements add the extra that just makes him look stupid

You could make the argument that he is a little too shredded and such a physique is therefore unsustainable unless an individual is 'enhanced', but I would still be willing to bet that a solid majority of women would frick him without any hesitation.

Oh, I do Arnold presses too.

Oh yeah, I also do barbell shoulder presses. In front and behind the neck. Is behind the neck safe?

Right. I'm happy with my body. Not chasing some vision that my wife doesn't care for. Have you ever considered that you are chasing some worthless cause? That you don't need an 8 pack to land an 8 at the local bar? Have you ever considered the idea that your abs will be worthless in 15 years? That you might die alone?

Just wondering.
