I know the guy that owns it and he left it in the water a couple weeks. How do you remove barnacles from a painted bottom aluminum hull?
It has a Yammy 115, redfish package, stainless package and he may sell for $15k. Worth over 20k without barnacles.
I may buy if barnacle removal won't ruin the hull.

Not a bad price. Good luck cleaning it though.

don't overthink it
the barnacles are attached to the paint not the aluminum
paint is much easier to repair than gelcoat
buy the boat if you want it
