It's a great recipe...I make by batches of the sauce and freeze in 1 and 2 portion containers. Then it's a matter of minutes to defrost it in a skillet, add eggs and feta, and dinner is ready n under 15 minutes.

I have made a few of his dishes and they are all great. This one seems like I would like it better than any other I have tried.

Salty and creamy from the feta
Spice from the peppers and other spices
Acidity from the tomatoes and vinegar
Sweetness from the honey and onions
A little bite from the garlic
Throw on a runny egg yolk....

Grilled crusty bread.. Yep, this dish has it all.
