Upper body, mile run, 1k meter row, 10 min on spin bike.

124 back squats tomorrow. It's going to suck!

Leg day yesterday with Leg Press, Curls, Extensions, Calf extensions, and bodyweight lunges. Then walked a mile.

Today just probably a stationary ride.

But it is also #FloozyFriday
