Went 25 minutes on the stationary and hit 7.5 miles. Then 3 x 16 Pallof Press. Still can't lift no feeling in shoulder or fingers.
Pulled pork leftovers from yesterday for dinner had some for lunch also.

Week one of fat loss down. Averaged out to 2.31 pounds lost. Some of that is shedding the remaining bloat from vacation, I think. Avatar kept my macros the same, so we'll see how this week shakes out.
