Ending my day like this, so feeling okay about it. Early morning. Have to be up at 4:30 to get the kid to work for 5:15 before I can go to work myself. I'm glad I fall asleep easily. Haha.

I had to swap some carbs for fats to make it work. I don't do it every day, but it is an excellent part of flexible dieting. Hit your protein and fiber, play with your fats and carbs. I had a 2-scoop protein shake with chia seeds, spinach, and frozen berries and a yogurt for breakfast to prep for that lunch. Dinner was a pretty normal meal.. grilled wings, butternut squash, and a salad. It's just fun to glorify the flexible aspect of it, but really most of the time I eat 'clean'.
Now, during the week I'm usually more strict. Just makes life and tracking much easier to meal prep and pre-plan.
