so decided last night to jump on board with the avatar nutrition. It's time to get my shite together again, for real. First weigh in this morning is a nice and carb bloated weigh in. That should dip back down to 210 in the next few days.

You should incorporate a running routine. I'm doing 35 miles a week.

Seriously, I know you have a lot of struggles with binge eating.. I think Avatar/flexible dieting can help you overcome that. I think a lot of binge eating stems from a)deep caloric and/or dietary restriction and b)poor relationship with food or c)mental issues that one should seek a professional about.
I think the majority of minor bingers fall into A and B.. I know I do. I think opening the mind and getting rid of the notion of "good" and "bad" food can help overcome that problem, and if you are eating too little it will advise a reverse. If it suggests a reverse, you should do it.
