I thought about adding cottage cheese I think that is around 25 g protein in a cup. Not sure if I am right though.

I do not like Yogurt but that is another possibility for my snacks.

I bake large amounts of plain chicken and salmon (just with olive oil and pepper) at a time and then refridgerate to add to salads throughout the week. Usually cook about 36-40 oz at a time and put 8-12 oz on or with the salad depending on my protein needs for that particular day. I aim for 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day (currently 173) as I lift 5 days a week.

Yogurt is an excellent addition to just about any diet - I eat it everyday for breakfast. Highly recommend Oikos Triple Zero if you don't like that yogurt taste, as it is doesn't have that weird aftertaste that you're probably thinking of.
