Don't pass up Grand Lux in the Venetian. We just stayed there a couple weeks ago, and normally wouldn't have given Grand Lux because it is just the "generic hotel restaurant" - or so it appears. We gave it a try when looking for a quick bite one day, and we ended up going back 3 times.
The Asian Nachos appetizer was, in my wife's opinion, the best thing she has ever eaten. Crispy wontons with chicken and cheese, hot/sweet peanut sauce, wasabi cream.

For breakfast, their Red Velvet pancakes are phenomenal.

Likewise, their biscuits and gravy were by far the best I've every eaten.

What a pleasant surprise that place was!

Just a heads up, Grand Lux is owned by Cheesecake Factory. It's a more upscale, better version imo. They have one in Houston and it's always packed.
