They do, it's just easier if we can help people from around here when there are cheap flights compared to the norm. Most people don't check flights everyday while myself and a few others on here (maybe you as well??) are exceptions

Example: If you go to look for Nola-NYC on google flights and see $300+ for this summer (some exclusions with tuesday/wednesday flights), someone might book it thinking it's a good deal. In reality, you can get it for $246 currently while the average for the past few months has been $210 (sometimes even under $200). Saving that extra $100 per person on a trip adds up so it's a cost saving measure that I don't mind helping people with.

Travel Zoo tends to collect some good deals. I'm not very bit on guided tours but sometimes the deal is so good you deal with it.

I know what you are saying, but I wonder how many times people jump on these deals just because they are below the average because they saw it here. Plus I really meant when people ask questions like "is it one way or rt?" That is a quick search on google flights for the answer

I will be flying to Seattle from NOLA on July 13 and returning on July 19. Can you let me know if you see a good deal on a flight. Also considering getting the United Mileage Explorer card for airline points. Would someone let me know if these points are easy to use or do you need to jump through hoops. I have the CSP card so I can use that for SW or United but have never booked a flight before. Thanks for all the knowledge you place on this board.
