Have not posted on TD for while, no reason, just life getting in the way! Love and miss the site---
Now that that is out of the way I will tell you that the response was posted as a comment to her review (promises, promises). Then the page admin copied the review and response to the timeline to at least have the response ABOVE the review. After the feedback started rolling in the lady took down her review. That's when the post was taken to personal pages, to let this person know that she can't just say "oops, my bad" and have it all go away.
At least that's what I'm told happened....

Crazy the way some people act over such petty things.
I call people out when I see them being rude to wait staff. They're usually embarrassed when they realize they're being called out by another customer. I love when someone is throwing a fit and looks to me for confirmation as if I'm on their side. Don't rope me into your drama, stranger.

I was in ruffinos in lafayette last week and the owner was telling my friend how much of a class act Kevin Kimball was and he would take a bullet for him and stuff. That's the kind of guy I want to hang with.
