What's awesome is on the Truth and Evidence video. Right at the 4:14 mark. The big dude that killed the purple heart guy walks out in the parking lot. Has his gun pulled aiming it at people on the ground. Then, BOOM, gets taken out, dropped like a sack of potatoes. Had to have been a head shot.

I see a small white dude with what looks like a red bandana attack one guy near the railing and then gets put down by the guy he attacked and another guy comes and stomps him in the head. You can see the attack from Patio 1, pole cam and the cops dash cam. But the guy he initially attacked, it looks like it tries to stab him, but later in the patio 1 video the guy appears unharmed.

Indeed it is. Would you consider RICO applicable if one group shows up at a location where there is another group, instigates a fight and starts shooting at them? I'd say RICO applies in that case.
I ask that because this is what happened at Waco. And the group who showed up , started a fight, and started shooting people was the Cossacks. The same club that had been infiltrated by state and federal controlled CI's. And oddly enough that same club targeted a club those same state and fed guys were trying to pin a RICO charge on. But it sounds to me like instead of the Bandidos being guilty under RICO, it's the Fed's lackey's the Cossacks who are guilty. And I'd say those who put them up to this are guilty as well.

Yeah, that guy deserved to get dropped.
When I watch video of Jesus getting killed, it seems to me that Jesus takes down the one guy with a gun. Looks like gun comes out of hand. When they're on the ground the big guy comes to help the other Cossack. I think the big guy actually shoots Jesus, behind the pole.
Because instantly in a frame, you can see the blood on his face and he's motionless. And the big guy walks out from behind the pole carrying a gun. I don't think he head stomped him, I think he head shot him.

I agree with it because why should a criminal be able to leverage any possessions in their defense of said crime, it reduces crime as a deterrent, and lastly but more importantly it helps fund enforcement of future crime.

From every video I watched on that site, my first impression was that they showed up there looking for trouble. Most everyone. You notice how before it goes down, there are people with their hands on their concealed weapons, nervously looking around.
Then, when it goes down, you see weapons coming out everywhere. You could tell it was building up. I don't know who started it, but it looks clear to me that most people who showed up there was expecting something to go down.
I wonder how many of them had concealed carry permits?

Had to have been. Dude goes from fighting on ground to motionless and blood instantly. And guy comes from behind pole with gun out, walking away.
I like the big ole boy squatting and walking through patio with gun drown, aiming up, down, up, back, forth, like he's SWAT clearing the patio.

I noticed this as well. The thing of it is, the Cossacks were not part of the COC and nobody knew they were going to show up. And yet they did show up and started all this mess. And as you said, you can tell by the way their acting before it happens, they know a fight is coming.

dude, go watch the videos. The Cossacks got there before the Bandidos. They're sitting there on the patio and everyone of them is watching that parking lot waiting. One even already has his hand on his gun. All this before the Bandidos arrive. And then when the Bandidos do arrive, the Cossacks surround the first bike and start the fight, immediately pulling out their guns and opening fire. so were the Bandidos just supposed to stand there and let them execute them all?

Yep, He's a Cossack. And I think those Sgt. stripes he's wearing denotes him as being a Sgt-At-Arms of one of their chapters. He knows exactly whats about to happen even before the Bandidos ever arrive.
