I see a small white dude with what looks like a red bandana attack one guy near the railing and then gets put down by the guy he attacked and another guy comes and stomps him in the head. You can see the attack from Patio 1, pole cam and the cops dash cam. But the guy he initially attacked, it looks like it tries to stab him, but later in the patio 1 video the guy appears unharmed.

I think you're referring to Jesus. I believe the 2nd guy is actually the one who kills him. Looks like he walks over and shoots him in the head and then walks off

I agree with it because why should a criminal be able to leverage any possessions in their defense of said crime, it reduces crime as a deterrent, and lastly but more importantly it helps fund enforcement of future crime.

Aren't you a welder?

All bikers are welders, right?

I really don't care I would rather a innocent person sit in jail than a guilty one go free on technicalities.

Welding is on my learn how to do list.

I'm just fricking with you anyway.

I hope these people get what's owed to them considering their innocence.

And that's been my stance on this issue from the start. Punish those responsible and let everyone else go. Sadly, that's not happening and a ton of innocent people are facing serious prison time.

If you are in an MC you are not innocent. You are in a criminal organization that prides itself on being criminal. The mere fact you claim association should be enough to lock you up for accessory to the crime after something like this shootout happens.

Which means 55 have been convicted of a crime. And 55 of 170 is 32% of them. That is a large percentage of a group that has been convicted of a crime for them to be so innocent.

Why would you apply normal situations to criminal organizations like these biker gangs.

Does this translate to other demographics as well? Or just bikers?

I looked it up before posting that. Seems to be that 1 in 4 adults have a conviction of some kind. So that is higher that the general population.

This is how we can settle this. Take them all into a large fenced field. Give them their weapons back and let them have at it. We can sell it on pay-per-view. The winning group gets 10% of the sales of the ppv and is free to go.

I bet you would lock up him up without trial or proof, simply by association. It's no wonder you claimed to work for the Rubio campaign, I bet you even labeled yourself a small government kind of guy. Meanwhile you are in favor of stealing people's possessions without charge, or locking up innocent people.

You give law enforcement a bad name, if nothing else by spewing rancidness by opening that mouth and by simple association. You're not doing yourself any favors by typing into your keyboard.
