When the laws change. I think LA is about as bad as Georgia from what I can understand.

I don't think that's it... growlers are legal now in EBR, you just have to have a retail license instead of or in addition to on-premise.

Any place like Whole Foods or Calandro's already has a retail license, it's just a matter of the equipment.

My guess is that places like that just don't want to deal with it.
