TOPS footed the bill for my whole education at LSU. Thanks for the free finance degree, fellas. Too bad I don't even use it. Who else snagged that free degree from the great Louisiana taxpayers?

There was no such thing as TOPS when I went to college. TOPS needs to be totally revamped, the standards are too low.

I got privately funded LSU scholarships to pay for my education, and I feel sort of guilty now. I'd probably go into six figure debt for a good school if I could do it over again.
