Chicago style and deep dish ("sicilian style") are not the same. Aside from the crust Chicago style basically inverts the parts... sauce on top, cheese, then toppings at bottom. It's hard to pull off and few are able to do it.

Same. I can enjoy it on a rare occasion, but generally speaking I like a thin, crispy crust. I'm not a big fan of bread, so that's probably why.
Thin and crispy or sheet pizza(I think that's what it's called). It's what basically every local pizza place makes in my hometown and it's the absolute best.
