Why is domestic violence consider the same level offense as a sexual assault? That makes no sense.

So a multibillion dollar company with a serious image problem takes a huge step to clean up that image. Wtf is the problem? If you're convicted a beating a woman or raping a woman, they won't consider you for the 1st phase of the job interview process. Wtf is the problem? Wanna work for our company? Don't beat women. Seems pretty fricking logical to me. But wtf do I know?

it's more of a line to cross than a level. They've established the line @ DV. Any separation beyond that is irrelevant. They didn't include murder in there, but it's implied.
