by my count 5A was 32 yes, 27 no, 12 who didn't vote, so they were narrowly for the split

I heard a lot of non-football schools voted for the football split. That's akin to people who don't own property voting on property taxes lol.

Zachary, Central and Denham voted no. Scotlandville and Live Oak did not vote???Walker voted yes. That figures for them. Zachary voted no when it was originally proposed.

Scotlandville won 5A basketball state championship last year and voted yes...smh
