There is a place in ATL that has their variation on the Volcano roll.
California roll with spicy mayo, then topped with warm fake crab and drizzled with warm teriyaki sauce.
Someday, I am going to go and tell them to keep bringing them to me until I say stop. So dang good.

Absolutely do it!
My favorite sushi ever was Ichiban's in Baton Rouge (I don't eat much anymore because my wife has a shellfish allergy).
I loved getting the He roll, Moscana roll, and Surf roll. All of them super delicious.
My plate usually ended up looking something like this

Atlanta is typically where I get my sushi fix since New Orleans is terrible for it. I was excited to go to Hayakawa last time I was in town, but sadly it was closed for renovations.
I tried a couple of new places instead. Sushi Huku was the first and was very good. The chutoro chirashi there was outstanding. The chefs were all business though. Surprisingly Sakura over in Cobb was excellent too. Some of the best sake toro I have been served. The chef chatted with me a good bit and then let me sample some new nigiri concepts he had been working on.
