#LSU will waive Frank Wilson's ~$330,000 buyout, keeping with its normal policy when an assistant leaves to be a head coach.- per Ross Dellenger

For what he did for the program, I would expect nothing less.

Can't pay a buyout with private funds for miles, but will give up 330,000 of AD funds just because. Lol F King.

FWIW, I think it's the right move and a classy one, but nonetheless, the principle is funny.

Good move and good luck to him in his new chapter...knew this was eventually going to happen. I'm positive this isn't the last time we will see him in purple and gold.

He will return after he's been successful at the smaller programs.
