I'd like to see a 3.5l v-6 that makes over 450 hp

The one they put in the new GT makes 630 HP.
I still would like to see a twin turbo 5.0L in the Raptor
My ecoboost makes over 400 HP now with just an intake, exhaust and a tune.

That's old news, and technically your title is wrong

I think the raptor is debuting as a 2017

Don't have to look too far in the Ford lineup...

True, but I believe that was also to get back into the GT racing scene too.

No, I was just making fun of smaller displacements that typically make high tq and high HP way up in the rev band. (Honda s2000)

The twin turbo in this truck isn't like that, but the 6.2 made tq lower in the rev band.

They started the crew can in 2011. And discontinued the supercab I have until this model in the OP

I have one of the few. 6.2L supercabs. (Extended cab)

The first-gen TT 3.5 Ford put in its trucks made more torque and over a much broader RPM range than most competing V8's. Takes almost nothing but a few bolt-ons and a tune to make 500hp out of them.

They are when you cram a shite load of air in them via twin turbos.

what are you talking about? In factory form 450 hp in a v-6 is astronomical. Sure people are out there tuning the crap out of their truck motors and getting that kind of hp or more but this is a factor truck and that's what i'm talking about.

And that supercar is not really even close to being in the same category as a factory truck.

Correct. I have the MotorTrend mag from March 2015 that says the same. It will be a 2017.

So because something that got posted obliterates your question, you discount it... just because?

450 out of an Ecoboost in the trucks is nothing special. Ford can make it happen from the factory very easily and have it be perfectly reliable.

That article was obviously from 10 months ago and they estimated the HP/TQ to be at 500/500 then. They weren't that far off.

it's a supercar. They have v-6 formula cars making way more than that. Again, not same category.

1800 hp v-6.

I know they make them.

Where is RedRifle with his Tundra
5.7L V-8 that produces 381-hp

Ford's V-6 producing 450-hp

RedRifle you suck again.
