Baby girls birthday.

A good buddy of mine gave me 35 Sac Au Lait all cleaned Sunday. I'm going to fry them for here and the family tonight.

I've got some leftover roasted chicken breasts. Already shredded it and soaked it in chicken stock, chopped jalapenos and cumin..in the fridge to marinate.

I'll roll them into corn tortillas for enchiladas topped with a red sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
