Never been.
But I don't think there is dispersed camping like the Wild Azalea or Backbone trails. I'd go to one of those if you are looking for more backpacking type camping.

Not very secluded. The closest is the primitive sites on the curve. Tons of deer though.

I went once with a group. We camped right near our vehicles in tents and I did not see a secluded, primitive type area.

There are a couple on the far end that are out there, but most of it is right on top of each other. It's honestly one of the shittiest state parks I've been to.
