Amazon has the best customer service ever, call them, chances are they will tell you to send back the Xbox, and keep the games and they will send you the new Xbox.

Yea, I just called. They offered me three options:
1) Send it in for a full refund
2) Send it back to get what I ordered
3) Keep it for a $55 discount
I decided that the third option is best because I'll still have 30 days or so to send it back to them if it turns out to be buggy.
