Started watching it last week and I've watched through the episode where Frank goes down on Zoe while she's on the phone with her dad.

I'm enjoying it so far, but does it stay the same, get better, or fall off?

First and second seasons are fun. You still have several of the biggest thrills to go. I think they are actually a little over hyped on this board, but I still enjoyed them. Things start to fall apart in season 3, but hopefully they get that shite fixed in 4.

1st season is great, 2nd season is also good, 3rd season is not as good as the first 2 imo. But I would definitely stick with it.

Stick with it... like people said, it starts to trend downward in season 3, but House Of Cards in a down season is still better than most TV out there.

I really enjoyed it. I'd say it gets better from where you are or rather, maintains a high level with some peaks here and there.

I found it very well done although certain parts of it were pretty blah, but I won't spoil.

The wife and I are 6 or 7 eps into S3 and have been for months. We would like to finish it, but things like Below Deck, Housewives, the Chrisleys, etc. are put in front of it. Think about that.

Bump

Just started season 4. I have enjoyed it all the way through. Season 3 was not as good as the first 2, but still good.

Hopefully Season 5 keeps it going

The third season is the real low point.

So if you want to go on, prepare for that.

There's basically an inverse relationship between Claire's screentime and the quality of the show.

Even worse is Season 3 when she directed several episodes.

Season 1 and S2E1 are awesome.

I enjoyed it. Stick with it, if for nothing else, Kevin Spacey is great

I thought season 3 and parts of season 4 were average but season 5 was really good. The last few episodes of season 5 really brought the show back to it's roots.

Honestly, you've probably already wasted too much time. I don't get the love/hype for this show. It's just so over the top, it's dumb. Your time is better spent watching The West Wing if you want a political drama.
